Baymont by Wyndham Florence/Muscle Shoals

The owners are so sweet and accommodating to their guests they way they keep everything stocked, and ensure you have the best experience is amazing as someone who stays in hotels ALOT due to my job this has definitely been in my top 5 hotels I've visited and loved shout out to the Mrs (owner) she's beyond helpful and so so kind I enjoyed speaking with her while I was in town I hope if im in the area again to stay there again. Thank you to the young blonde woman who checked me in both times she's a amazing hostess as well she went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable they have some really great staff there. Thank you again everyone there yall were fantastic!

UPDATE [I have stayed at this hotel numerous times before, but the last time I went there there was some Caucasian guy at the window who was EXTREMELY rude and CONDESCENDING from the very beginning. I was tired, had worked all day, and it was cold outside and I needed a room, the first thing came out of his mouth in a very hateful tone was he needed a cash deposit! I had explained to him I had stayed there numerous times before and had never had to pay a deposit. He flipped his finger at some plastic frame and looked at me like he had just accomplished some great feat! I left and will not be back as long as that man is working at that hotel.] PREVIOUS: The stay was great with the exception of receiving TEXT messages around 8:00 a.m. asking me what time I was checking out while I was trying to sleep until 10:00 a.m. with a checkout time of 11:00 a.m. Kind of defeats the purpose of getting a room to sleep.]

The couple that owns the hotel is very sweet and cares about their customers. Very clean and spacey rooms, they also give you lotion! So many hotels don't include that detail but they do and it's an amazing thought.

Clean and friendly. It is a budget motel. Some furniture and decor is well used and the rooms are entered from the outside (motel style) but otherwise it is clean and the area is well lit, good for a quick night stay.

I have stayed here several times and I have no complaints. It is good value. Hot breakfast. Great staff. Very clean. For solo travelers it is very good. Walmart + , Target 360 and Uber Eats etc .. all deliver.

I didn't see any bugs. The room wasnt bad for the price. I didn't like the guests kid in the next room jumping around. It kept me up past midnight. I don't think I would stay here again but who knows.

Great room, nice bed. Clean. Safe. Friendly staff. For the money its my chioce. I will go back again.

Everything was wonderful.. only 2 issues was that the hot water only lasted for roughly 1 min and was then the equivalent of jumping into a frozen lake temperature and the people staying above us were smoking weed pretty heavy and was all we could smell/ leaving a dog in the room alone for a few hours allowing it to bark and scratch around keeping us awake . Other than that staff was awesome and breakfast was really good.
